Helping an organization of hospitals coordinate better

Friday Update

The Problem

The organization has over 500 Quality accredited hospitals as their members. They were actively conducting several training programs and events for their members. They were sending multiple promotions to their entire member base and this was not getting adequate responses and resulted in emails being ignored.

Our Solution

On studying the existing mechanisms, we found that there were over 50 programs being offered and about 7-8 events every month. We consolidated the programs into categories, and events into groups and started a standardized communication model that drove the audience to an understanding of the grouping. We supplemented the effort with a regular summary of categorized events every month circulated through HTML Emails and PDFs on Whatsapp to its members. Over the past 150+ Fridays, we have witnessed consistent several-fold growth in program engagements and have started circulating the large participation numbers in programs now.
