Our refund and returns policy last 07 days. If 07 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the content produced should have flaws like factual, spelling or grammatical errors after 2 rounds of edits or if the edits are not delivered to you within 48 hrs of suggestions being raised. Changes to the content outline and changes to the content flow will not be considered refundable errors. However, our team will attempt to correct this to your satisfaction up to 3 times.
By choosing a refund, you will officially waive any rights to utilize the content or a reproduction of it anywhere.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Obvious lack of quality, at our editor’s discretion
- Delays in delivery (guaranteed refund at 30% per day of delay)
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
