Pivoting a global startup

The Problem

A US-based Healthcare AI startup that helps with triage and history-taking was planning its move to Asia and had started the process by setting up a team and operations. They were, however, new to the market and needed a way to connect with hospitals and healthcare institutions en masse.

Our Solution

We studied their offerings and their strengths and identified areas that work better for the Asian healthcare market. We identified an application in medical tourism/ long-distance management to enhance its usefulness to participating hospitals and created outreach campaigns to onboard healthcare facilities. We then combined this effort with our own publication programs to help them create a greater, cost-effective, impact.
