The company was started in 1984 and is run by a family. They are involved in large-scale healthcare projects in developing nations and were instrumental in setting up the initial years of blood banking systems in China. Though they process a large business volume, their business was done offline and they lacked the online presence to be competitive with modern businesses.
On analyzing their business, we found that they had a wide variety of individual services that come under the umbrella of executing green field projects. We proposed a model that enabled them to separate the services into 27 categories and 9 departments. We studied their operations and expanded the service portfolio and prepared collaterals to enable their business team to actively sell services. This was followed by the upgradation of all their collaterals, outreach material and online presence in a manner that was consistent with Scandinavian design preferences.
