Our journey comes with successes and failures - serving as important lessons guiding our daily decisions, contributing to our continuous evolution.
In 2009, DOCNDOC Magazine was started as a solution to bring out scientific content that is appealing to read for the medical fraternity. The magazine was initially started from the room of Dr Shanoob Azad while studying in the Government Medical College in Trichur, Kerala and quickly spread to become India’s largest magazine for doctors with over 70,000 copies printed and supplied to Pharmaceutical companies such as Torrent Pharma, Zydus Cadila and Intas. By, 2012, Media Transasia India collaborated with DOCNDOC to enhance the product and we quickly expanded into events, such as the prestigious Savior Awards and The Wealth Forum.
By 2017, as print publications became used less and less, we moved to a digital platform and DOCNDOC expanded into using its capacity for digital marketing and contract publications on behalf of healthcare companies. We pivoted into the growing digital marketplace and upskilled ourselves to ensure the same quality of production on a digital platform. In 2020, we launched DIALOG – a digital publication that is aimed at facilitating and promoting discussions between healthcare industry leaders and presenting the summary in an easy attractive manner to everyone who can effectively use the knowledge.
In 2019, DOCNDOC invested in figuring out solutions to effectively deliver, “The right information to the right person at the right time”. We focussed on specific use cases in the healthcare industry – personalized communication between care providers & patients, the interaction between providers themselves & mass training of skilled personnel. The solutions for communication involving stakeholders of the industry evolved into DIALOG’s digital infrastructure, and the technology that powers the customized provider-patient communication became a unique product on its own – Care Journey ™.

Through our journey of 12 years in designing solutions specifically for the healthcare sector, we have extended our influence, products and solutions to companies, organizations and hospitals across the world. Our greatest strength lies in understanding the parameters of healthcare businesses, being able to empathize with the interacting parties and designing solutions that are effective and lead to outcomes.
